Refund & Cancellation

1. Cancellation before service start

You may cancel before onboarding begins. Any refund will exclude already incurred costs, if applicable.

2. Refunds after start

If services have started, refunds are calculated pro rata based on services delivered.

3. How to request a refund

• Email your request to helpdesk@thestickyshop.cloud.
• Include your company name, billing date, and subscription details.
• We will respond within 3 business days.

4. Refund method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
